Shipping and Returns

  • For European orders, we use DHL shipping services for secure and efficient delivery. Please note that shipping costs vary by country and will be clearly presented during the checkout process.
  • If you cannot select the country of your residence for shipping, please reach out to us via email at, so we can help you to get the products at your home (worldwide). Nothing is impossible (:
  • In the Netherlands we provide the convenience of multiple pick-up locations. These are in Amsterdam-Noord, Rotterdam and Herwijnen. If you opt for a pick-up location, more details will be provided in the order confirmation for scheduling an appointment to collect your order.


  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • When approved; your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Responsibility of the return shipment is yours.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning your items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receiving your item otherwise.
